I am very sad to write this review for Gabriel because he helped me with several projects in the past, and I trusted him. Unfortunately, things changed when he decided to leave the city. He was supposed to help me with my yard work, which was a job that should have taken about eight hours at most to finish. Instead, he came and left multiple times over three days because of doctor appointments and repeated trips to the store to buy materials that he knew from the first day he would need. We still paid him for all of his hours, including the time he spent going to the store. On the last day, the job was still not finished. Gabriel asked me to please pay him in full and promised that he would come back to finish the work. He also said that because I had another weeding job, he could do that as well. I trusted him and paid him. About 30 minutes later, I realized that he had previously asked me for $150 for materials. When I called him about it, he said that amount would be applied to the weeding job in two days. After that, he disappeared. Later, he contacted me again and asked me to send him a $75 advance payment, promising once again that he would come back and do the weeding. I trusted him and paid him, but he never showed up. I am sorry that things ended this way. I just want to say that when someone behaves like this, it makes people lose trust, even though we all work so hard for our money. I trusted Gabriel because of our past work together, but this experience was very disappointing.
